The Acrel ATE800 series RFID wireless temperature measurement device is an innovative product designed for monitoring temperatures at critical points in distribution systems. Its passive wireless design effectively addresses many of the pain points associated with traditional temperature measurement methods. I. Application Scenarios.
1. Medium- and high-voltage switchgear: moving and stationary contacts of circuit breakers, busbar connection points. 2. Cable joints/branch boxes: cable T-joints, end connectors. 3. Ring main unit/data center, ring main unit plug, low-voltage outgoing circuit.

II. What are the core pain points of users that have been addressed? 1. Addresses the challenges of hidden, hard-to-detect overheating at critical points inside cabinets, as well as the complex wiring and high insulation risks associated with traditional wired temperature measurement, enabling safe and isolated temperature monitoring. 2. Solves the frequent overheating issues caused by poor contact and oxidation at cable joints, which cannot be detected in real time through manual inspections, thereby preventing fault escalation. 3. Address the monitoring challenges posed by equipment density and numerous measurement points, enabling centralized, remote monitoring of a large number of critical locations and enhancing power supply reliability. III. How to Use ATE8001. Wireless temperature sensor (ATE800-B/U): Responsible for collecting temperature data. 2. ATC800-ANT antenna: Used for wireless communication with the sensor; cable lengths available are 5 meters and 10 meters. 3. ATC800 Receiver: Available in two models—4-channel (ATC800-4) and 8-channel (ATC800-8)—which aggregate data and upload it. The receiver model and the number of antennas should be determined based on the number of cabinets and the number of temperature measurement points per cabinet.
