1. Overview
Alumina, as a key inorganic non-metallic material in modern industry, has excellent performance and is environmentally friendly. It is widely used in various fields such as metallurgy and electronics, and is an important support for promoting industrial upgrading. During its production process, the stable operation of the power system in the substation is crucial for the continuity of production. It is necessary to ensure equipment safety through intelligent control, wireless temperature measurement, and partial discharge monitoring devices. This aluminum industry circular economy project, relying on overseas bauxite resources and port advantages, responds to the development strategy of Guangxi's aluminum industry of "both ends within, middle outside", and builds a green circular economy industrial chain. After completion, it will link downstream electrolytic aluminum and photovoltaic glass industries, and increase the local conversion rate of aluminum resources. The project started in June 2025 and will use Ancre intelligent control, wireless temperature measurement, and partial discharge monitoring products in the 10KV substation, monitoring and controlling the environment inside the switch cabinets, contact temperatures, and monitoring the partial discharge situation of the switch cabinets.
